Look left - Turn left (90'), left arm middle knife block - back-stance


Step 2:

Left arm open palm low block followed by a right arm knife strike *long/low stance*


Step 3:

Look right - Turn right (180'), right arm middle knife block - back-stance


Step 4:

Right arm open palm low block followed by a left arm knife strike *long/low stance*


Step 5:

Look left - Turn left (90'), left arm upper block with a right arm knife strike - *long/low stance*


Step 6:

Right foot snap kick - left arm middle punch - *long/low stance*


Step 7:

Left foot side kick - right foot side kick - into a right arm knife block - back-stance


Step 8:

Look left - Turn left (270') - left arm middle block - back-stance


Step 9:

Right foot snap kick - right arm middle block back into a back-stance


Step 10:

Look right - Turn right (180') - right arm middle block - back-stance


Step 11:

Left foot snap kick - left arm middle block back into a back-stance


Step 12:

Look left - Turn left (90') - left arm upper block - right arm knife strike *long/low stance* (back view)


Step 13:

Right foot snap kick - right hand back fist *long/low stance* (back view)


Step 14:

 Look left - turn left (90') - left arm middle block - right arm middle punch - walking stance


Step 15:

Look right - Turn right (180') - right arm middle block - left arm middle punch

Look left - turn left(90') - left arm middle block - double punch *long/low stance* (back view)
