Step 1:

Look left - turn left (90') - left arm low block into a low stance


Step 2:

Bring feet back to ready position while executing a left hammer fist to the side


Step 3:

Look right - turn right (180') left arm low block into a low stance


Step 4:

Bring feet back to ready position while executing a right hammer fist to the side


Step 5:

Look left - turn left (90') into a low stance - left arm middle block followed by a right arm middle block


Step 6:

Right foot snap (front) kick - step forward into a low stance - right arm back fist followed by a left arm middle block

 


Step 7:

Left foot snap (front) kick - step forward into a low stance - left arm back fist followed by a right arm middle block


Step 8:

Step right foot forward into a walking stance executing a right arm back fist


Step 9:

Look left - turn left(270') - left arm knife hand block - back-stance


Step 10:

Step right foot forward into a low stance while executing right arm elbow strike - elbow supported by your left palm


Step 11:

Look right - turn right(180') - right arm knife hand block - back-stance

 


Step 12:

Step left foot forward into a low stance while executing left arm elbow strike - elbow supported by your right palm


Step 13:

Look left - turn left (90') - left foot forward into a low stance - left arm low block followed by a right arm middle block


Step 14:

Right foot snap (front) kick into a low stance - right arm low block followed by a left arm middle block


Step 15:

Look left - turn left (90') - left arm upper block - low stance


Step 16:

Right foot side kick while extending the right arm out with the kick into low stance - left arm elbow strike into the right palm

 


Step 17:

Look right - turn right (180') - right arm upper block - low stance


Step 18:

Left foot side kick while extending the left arm out with the kick into low stance - right arm elbow strike into the left palm


Step 19:

Look left - turn left (90') into a low stance - left arm low block followed by a right arm middle block


Step 20:

Right foot snap (front) kick jumping forward with right foot landing first, left foot lands behind right foot (left leg slightly bent at the knees) - right hand back fist !!!KIAP!!!


Step 21:

 

Look left - turn left 180 degrees - return to ready stance
