Step 1:

 

Snap left fist to right shoulder and right fist across waist, executing a good body block:  Look left - Turn left (90'), left arm low block - walking stance


Step 2:

 

Right foot snap (front) kick followed by double middle punch into *long/low stance*

 


Step 3:

 

Snap right fist to left shoulder and left fist across waist, executing a good body block:  Look right - Turn right (180'), right arm low block - walking stance


Step 4:

 

Left foot snap (front) kick followed by a double middle punch into *long/low stance*


Step 5:

 

(Switch with SNAP) Target out left fist and right hand open knife over right shoulder:  Look left - Turn left (90'), right hand knife strike - walking stance


Step 6:

 

Target Out to Right Fist:  Step right foot forward, left hand knife strike - walking stance


Step 7:

 

Step up with left foot and bring feet together (legs slightly bent at knees):  Look left - Turn left (90') into a Back Stance, left arm knife block, Shift left foot to left into long or low front stance, right fist middle punch

 

 


Step 8:

 

Step back with left foot and bring feet together (legs slightly bent at knees): Look right - Turn right (90') into a Back Stance, right arm knife block, Shift right foot to right into long or low front stance, left fist middle punch


Step 9:

 

(Switch with SNAP) Target out Left Fist and Right Fist "Tomahawk" over right shoulder: Look left - Turn left (90'), right arm middle block - walking stance


Step 10:

 

(Switch with SNAP) Target out right fist and left fist "Tomahawk" over left shoulder:  Step right foot forward, left arm middle block - walking stance


Step 11:

 

Snap left fist to right shoulder and right fist across waist, executing a good body block:  Look left - Turn left (90'), left arm low block - walking stance


Step 12:

 

Right foot snap (front) kick followed by double middle punch into a *long/low stance*

 


Step 13:

 

Snap right fist to left shoulder and left fist across waist, executing a good body block:  Look right - Turn right (180'), right arm low block - walking stance


Step 14:

 

Left foot snap (front) kick followed by a double middle punch into a *long/low stance*



Step 15:

 

Look left - Turn left (90') - left arm low block followed by a right arm middle punch - walking stance


Step 16:

 

Step right foot forward - right arm low block followed by a left arm middle punch - walking stance


Step 17:

 

 

Left foot snap (front) kick followed by a left arm low block and right arm middle punch - walking stance

 


Step 18:

 

Right foot snap (front) kick followed by a right arm low block and left arm middle punch - walking stance !!KIAP!!


Step 19:

 

Look left - turn left 180 degrees - return to ready stance
