All forms begin with "Choom -Bi" (Ready Position)


Step 1:

 

Snap left fist to right shoulder and right fist across waist, executing a good body block:  Look left - Turn left (90') - left arm low block - walking stance

 

Note: All blocks and punches should be executed with opposite hand chamber and an elbow strike to the rear



Step 2:

 

Target Out with left fist:  Step right foot forward - right fist middle punch - walking stance



Step 3:

 

Snap right fist to left shoulder and left fist across waist, executing a good body block:  Look right - Turn right (180') - right arm low block - walking stance



Step 4:

 

Target Out with right fist:  Step left foot forward - left fist middle punch - walking stance


Step 5:

 

(Switch with SNAP) Target out left fist and right fist "Tomahawk" over right shoulder: Look left - Turn left (90'), right arm middle block - walking stance


Step 6:

 

(Switch with SNAP) Target out right fist and left fist "Tomahawk" over left shoulder:

Step right foot forward - Left arm middle block - walking stance


Step 7:

 

Snap left fist to right shoulder and right fist across waist, executing a good body block: Look left - Turn left (90'), left arm low block - walking stance


Step 8:

 

Right foot snap (front) kick followed by a right arm face punch - *long or low stance*


Step 9:

 

Snap right fist to right shoulder and left fist across waist, executing a good body block:  Look right - Turn right (180'), right arm low block


Step 10:

 

Left foot snap (front) kick followed by a left arm face punch *long or low stance*


Step 11:

 

Look left - Turn left (90'), left arm upper block - walking stance


Step 12:

 

Step right foot forward - Right arm upper block - walking stance


Step 13:

 

(Switch with SNAP) Target out left fist and right fist "Tomahawk" over right shoulder: Look left - Turn left (270'), right arm middle block - walking stance


Step 14:

 

(Switch with SNAP) Target out right fist and left fist "Tomahawk" over left shoulder:  Look right - Turn right (180'), left arm middle block - walking stance


Step 15:

 

Snap left fist to right shoulder and right fist across waist, executing a good body block: Look left - Turn left (90'), left arm low block - walking stance (back view)


Step 16:

 

Right foot snap (front) kick followed by a right arm middle (reverse) punch - walking stance


Step 17:

 

Left foot snap (front) kick followed by a left arm middle (reverse) punch - walking stance


Step 18:

 

Right foot snap (front) kick followed by a right arm middle (reverse) punch - walking stance !!KIAP!!


Step 19:

 

Look left - turn left 180 degrees - return to ready stance
