All forms begin with "Choom -Bi" (Ready Position)


Step 1:

 

Snap left fist to right shoulder and right fist across waist, executing a good body block:  Look left - Turn left (90') - left arm low block - walking stance

 

Note: All blocks and punches should be executed with opposite hand chamber and an elbow strike to the rear



Step 2:

 

Target Out with left fist:  Step right foot forward - right Fist middle punch - walking stance



Step 3:

 

Snap right fist to left shoulder and left fist across waist, executing a good body block:  Look right - Turn right (180') - right arm low block - walking stance



Step 4:

 

Target Out with right fist:  Step left foot forward - left Fist middle punch - walking stance


Step 5:

 

Snap left fist to right shoulder and right fist across waist:  Look left - Turn left (90') - left arm low block - *long or low stance*


Step 6:

 

From the same position - execute a right fist middle punch - *long or low stance*

 

Note:  make step 5 and step 6 a one-two count with snap.

 


Step 7:

 

Step up with right foot and bring feet together - Look right - Target out with right fist:   Turn right (90') (stepping with right foot), execute left arm middle block - walking stance


Step 8:

 

Target Out Left Fist: Step left foot forward - Right Fist middle punch - walking stance


Step 9:

 

(Switch with SNAP) Target out left fist and right fist "Tomahawk" over right shoulder:  Look left - Turn left (180'), right arm middle block - walking stance


Step 10:

 

Target Out Right Fist: Step right foot forward - Left Fist middle punch - walking stance


Step 11:

 

Snap right fist to right shoulder and left fist across waist: Look right - Turn right (90'), right arm low block - *long or low stance*


Step 12:

 

From the same position - Left Fist middle punch

 

Note:  make step 11 and step 12 a one-two count with snap.


Step 13:

 

Look left - Turn left(90'), left arm upper block


Step 14:

 

Right foot snap (front) kick followed by a right Fist middle punch

 


Step 15:

 

Look right - Turn right (180'), right arm upper block


Step 16:

 

Left foot snap (front) kick followed by a left Fist middle punch


Step 17:

 

Snap left fist to right shoulder and right fist across waist: Look right - Turn right (90') (stepping with Left Foot) - left arm low block - *long or low stance*


Step 18:

 

Target Out Left Fist:  Step right foot forward - Right Fist middle punch - *long or low stance* !!KI-AP!!


Step 19:

 

Look left - turn left 180 degrees - return to ready stance
